Do I need to sign a long term contract?
NO. At The Doctors Answer we do not believe in long term contracts. If at any time in the future you do not require our services, simply give us 30 days written notice (fax / email / Post) and there will be no termination fees.

Urgent messages are delivered immediately to the on-call physician via phone, text or email. Routine messages can be accessed at your convenience by phone or email.

Yes. We can set up an escalation list in any way you would like. This can be as simple as calling your cell phone if we are unable to reach you on your pager and as complex as calling multiple physicians if the first on-call doctor can not be reached.

Absolutely. We encourage our clients to record their own personalized greetings so that their patients hear a familiar voice anytime they call. If at any time you wanted to change or update your greeting, it takes less than one minute and there is no limit to how many times you or your office updates the greeting. Third party greetings provided by clients are also accepted and can be uploaded to your account at no additional cost.

An Integrated Greeting is a recorded voice greeting that front-ends all incoming calls. Callers are given the choice to speak with a call representative immediately for urgent matters and can leave routine messages in a voice mail box for the office staff. Information can also be provided to your callers like office hours, office address, fax#, or any other information you wish to provide. The Integrated Greeting is completely customizable for your medical practice.
